Here’s what your 12-week journey with me looks like:
- 1 one-hour Onboarding and mapping session
- 8 one-hour personalized coaching sessions
- 2 one-hour “Get into your body” mindfulness sessions (choose from forest bathing, mindfulness, meditation, or we can discuss other strategies that work best for you)
- 1 wrap up session to reflect back on progress and carry momentum forward
Each session will leave you with crystal-clear steps to move forward, along with personalized notes and resources to fuel your journey. After every session, you’ll have an action plan and accountability to keep you laser-focused and on track.
You’ll keep a journal and receive a wealth of strategies and resources to uncover patterns and track progress, helping us fine-tune your transformation.

Experience a peaceful, guided walk in nature, where you’ll be invited to engage in sensory connection activities. This journey offers you the chance to slow down and embrace the present moment in fresh ways. By the walk’s end, you’ll feel more relaxed, grounded, and centered. Individual, group, team, and organizational in-person and virtual experiences are available.
Slow Day
Imagine a day where there is no stated outcome or goal. A day to simply slow down and reconnect with…you. No endless agenda items–just time to get grounded and centered.
Your day begins with intentional goal-setting, followed by an immersive forest bathing experience that revitalizes the senses. After a nourishing lunch, the afternoon is dedicated to personal growth through transformative coaching, reflective journaling, calming breathwork, and powerful goal-setting. It’s a day designed to leave you feeling refreshed, focused, and inspired.
