Step out of your mind and into the wild

Feeling a little… overwhelmed lately?

Yet another meditation app just isn’t cutting it, is it? Let’s face it—you need something more than a screen telling you to breathe deeply. You need space. You need a reset that actually works.

Enter Forest Bathing: Your Nature-Powered Recharge

No, not a literal bath (though that sounds lovely too)—this is about bathing your senses in the sights, sounds, textures, and smells of the forest. Picture yourself stepping into a peaceful place, your mind quieting with every moment, and that constant buzz of overthinking starting to fade away.

No rush. No agenda. Just you, the natural world, and the kind of quiet that you forgot you needed.

So, What’s Forest Bathing?

Forest bathing is all about slowing down—taking the time to truly be in the moment and soak in everything the natural world offers. It’s like a mini-vacation for your mind.

There is a body of research that suggests you may experience:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • A boosted immune system
  • Regulated heart rate and blood pressure
  • Improved mood
  • Better sleep
  • An overall sense of wellbeing

As you move through the experience you’ll start to get out of your head and into your sensing body. Little by little, the pressures of everyday life melt away, and suddenly, you remember what it feels like to just be… without the pressure of doing all the things.

What You will Experience

Stillness and Peace

We’ll move slowly and breathe deeply, allowing the forest to guide us into a state of true relaxation. Trust me, nature knows what she’s doing.

Rediscovering Wonder

Remember when you used to be curious about everything? Out here, we’ll tap into that wonder again—whether it’s marveling at the tiny details of moss-covered rocks or listening to the birds overhead.

Deep Connection

This isn’t just a walk in the woods. It’s an invitation to reconnect with nature, and more importantly, with yourself. The kind of connection that leaves you feeling centered, calm, and grounded.

What To Expect

A slow, mindful experience in nature (no intense gear needed—just comfy shoes and an open mind)

A guided journey where you can fully immerse yourself in the natural world and leave your worries behind (even if just for a little while)

A peaceful reset that will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to tackle whatever life throws at you (with a lot more grace)

You don’t need to be a wilderness expert or a zen master to enjoy forest bathing. Just bring yourself, a willingness to slow down, and I’ll take care of the rest. Together, we’ll explore the quiet magic of nature and give your mind the break it deserves.

Why Work With a Guide?

In forest bathing, we say that the forest is the therapist and the guide opens the door. There is no doubt that spending time in nature on your own is beneficial, but working with a trained guide can provide a deeper experience through:

  • Extensive training and knowledge of forest bathing practice
  • Knowledge of the research that supports forest bathing
  • A series of open-ended invitations to engage the senses
  • Space for personal exploration
  • Opportunities for reflection and sharing

Research also suggests that working with a guide can provide greater benefit to participants than when they self-guide.

I trained with the esteemed Association of Nature and Forest bathing (ANFT). As part of the training I completed a six-month course as well as an immersive training residency in Sintra, Portugal. I also have current wilderness first aid and CPR certification.
